North St. Bags have a lifetime guarantee. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every item we make. If a problem is found, don't hesitate to contact us and we'll be happy to set up a repair. This policy does not cover damage due to improper use, natural disasters, or general wear and tear.
We also offer some fee repairs not covered under our warranty for damaged items.
Keep in mind that all items accepted for repair must be clean. You wouldn't want to go through someone else's mess, so please be mindful of the health and safety of our staff. Bags that are unclean may be returned without repair. We do not offer cleaning services.

Prepaid shipping labels must be used within 3 weeks of issue date. Repair orders turnaround in 7-10 days from receiving the bag.
