North St. Bags designs and builds its bags to last for many years. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of everything we make. Our warranty covers any failures as a result of defects in the materials or construction for the practical life of the product. We will happily offer repair or replacement (at our discretion) for issues with materials or craftsmanship at no extra cost. We'll even cover shipping costs back to you. Damage due to normal wear and tear, accident, overburdening or misuse can be repaired for a reasonable charge.

Personal Protective Equipment is not covered by this warranty.
Face Masks are not returnable. If you have an issue with your mask, reach out and let us know (we love feedback!) and we'll see if we can make it right for you. Do not send your mask in to us for repair.
1) Fill out the form below and if possible, email pictures of the problem to: customerservice@northstbags.
2) Someone from our team will contact you with the next steps within 1-2 business days
3) Empty out and thoroughly clean your bag. You wouldn't want to go through someone else's mess, so please be mindful of the health and safety of our staff. Bags that are unclean may be returned without repair. We do not offer cleaning services
Prepaid shipping labels must be used within 3 weeks of issue date. We process repairs as quickly as possible so you're not without your trusted carry for too long, but repair orders can take 7-10 business days to process.
We are accepting in person repair drop offs at our shop. We're open 1-5pm, Tues - Sat.
