The Gladstone Grocery Pannier features a flap top closure for quick and easy access and dual reflector bands for visibility after dark. A classic hook and bungee mounting system makes securing the pannier to your rack simple and easy. Mount an optional shoulder strap to the D-rings on the side or use it as a tote with the dual carrying handles.

We recommend handwashing your North St pack using a sponge or rag and soapy water. Do not use a washing machine or dryer. Make sure to hang dry your bag completely before use.

EPX (also known as EcoPak) is a polyester sailcloth made from 100% recycled plastic fiber. It's waterproof and very lightweight.
1000d is a classic Nylon fabric that is extremely tough, abrasion resistant and will last a lifetime.

I was drawn to their style, but I stayed because for the high quality construction and super waterproof shell, very important for a commuter in Portland, OR. No joke, I have descended into some big flooded intersection with a laptop in my pannier, and it was still bone dry in there when I got home. Thank you for the thoughtful design and many storage options!"

"I’m loving my grocery panniers! Simple and effective. Easy clip on/off the rack of my Specialized Globe Haul with the robust hooks and elastic system. My only suggestions would be (1) to add some side flaps to the cover flap to block out the elements from the shorter edges of the bag opening. (2) Add some Velcro to the inner pocket. Anything I put in there jostles out from even the slightest of bumps in the road. Finally, (3) a couple of tiny magnets in the apex of the handles would keep them more tidy when bag is closed in transit."

"My current Gladstone is a replacement for my first one, which was made with re-used materials that were not up to the job. Because the flap often has to fold a sharp 180 degrees, the fabric has to be very flexible to survive that. The original cracked, the replacement is performing beautifully. I bent the hooks just enough that even with a full load I can lift the bag off my rack. Aesthetically, the teal looks great with both my they-only-come-in-one-color Atlantis and my old blue Bridgestone."
