All new magnetic buckle from Cinch Designs
We’re excited to introduce hardware from Cinch Designs, designed in San Francisco and based in Olympia, WA. Their C-Series 38mm is made from PA66+GF30 glass-filled nylon for outstanding durability, combining secure geometry, magnetic one-hand engagement, and a clean modern aesthetic. A purposefully simple design with fewer moving parts delivers dependable performance over years of use, while feeling intuitive from day one.

The Story
Cinch approached us over a year ago with a few prototypes. We put them to the test on our packs, belts and straps. The simple, elegant design fits right in with the North St aesthetic. Not only that, but this buckle is secure and durable, made with glass filled nylon plastic and a strong magnetic connection.
Since getting our hands on them, we've been waiting with bated breath as they put the finishing touches on the design and get the first run produced. They are finally here and we are excited to launch!
