WARRANTY REPAIRS

Our warranty covers any failures as a result of defects in the materials or construction for the practical life of the product. We will happily offer no-cost repair or replacement at our discretion for issues with materials or craftsmanship.

NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS

Damage due to normal wear and tear, accidents, overburdening or misuse is not covered by warranty, but can often be repaired for a reasonable charge.

We do not offer repairs or alterations on third party bags.

Someone from our team will contact you with the next steps within 1-2 business days

Empty out and thoroughly clean your bag before sending or bringing it in. Please be mindful of the health and safety of our staff. Bags that are unclean may be returned without repair. We do not offer cleaning services.

Our goal is to get you back on the road with your trusted carry as quickly as possible, and we aim to process repairs within 1-3 days of receiving them and finalizing approval on our action plan.

We typically recommend planning to be without your pack for up to two weeks, including shipping time.
